I don’t like drunk drivers at all. But, I’m totally against roadblocks and illegal searching. Ok, I’m against “legal” searching too. Not that I have anything to hide. But you never know when someone is going to slip in a law that makes something you do illegal. Take for example, smoking a cigarette OUTSIDE is illegal in some places.
Very cool Carl…can’t wait to see it. Will I need to change my header after ? lol.

A DUI arrest is the only arrest where you do not have Miranda rights and violates 5th amendment as you must provide evidence against yourself.
