Today in Heritage History, August 14, 1973, a new Pakistani Constitution takes effect. The writers (now all residing at the private Camel Club Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, U.S.) were sure to ensure that every Pakistani had the Allah-given “inalienable rights to graft, fraud, bribes, pay-offs, and Ponzi schemes using only American money.”
