Today in Heritage History, 1912, a bust of Queen Nefertiti is unearthed during an archaeological dig in El-Amarna, Egypt. The Queen’s beauty was legendary throughout Egypt. She was known historically as Egypt’s “most beautiful Queen”. In testimony to her beauty and in close proximity to their find, archaeologists discovered the remains of an adolescent Egyptian boy, remnants of a June, 1388 BC Pharaohboy Magazine with centerfold photos of Nefertiti, a box of papyrus Kleenex and an empty bottle of Vaseline Intensive Care lotion.
